Session

Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process aimed at supporting individuals in achieving their full potential. It involves a skilled coach who facilitates the development of skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to overcome challenges and reach desired outcomes. The benefits of coaching are numerous. Firstly, it provides a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their goals, aspirations, challenges and obstacles. Coaches help clients clarify their vision, set meaningful goals, and create action plans to achieve them. Additionally, coaching enhances self-awareness, allowing individuals to identify and leverage their strengths while addressing weaknesses. Through regular coaching sessions, individuals develop improved focus, accountability, and motivation, leading to increased productivity, clarity and efficiency. Moreover, coaching fosters personal growth, helping individuals enhance their potential of solve a problem effectively, and resilience. It also promotes a growth mindset, encouraging individuals to embrace challenges and see them as  learnings and development. Overall, coaching empowers individuals to unlock their potential, overcome barriers, and lead more fulfilling and successful lives.

Each coaching session is different with each clientelle. It includes an approach of NLP modality, light trance, visualisation techniques and after the session there will be support offered via email, what’s app before the next session if the client encounters any blocks.

About Irene

Irene has a Business Law Degree, A Masters in Law, a Certified Master Coach, A Certified Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Certified Hypnotherapist and Trainer by the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming and the American Board of Hypnotherapy respectively. She is also an interactive hypnotherapist certified by the the Board of Interactive Hypnotherapy Association (IHA). She is passionate to assist others to achieve their goals, and reach their desired outcome.

Interactive Relaxation / Coaching

What is interactive relaxation?

Interactive relaxation is about reaching into the subconscious mind to allow yourself to relax and to bring out positive changes in your life. Many people think that our behaviours and reactions are dictated by our conscious state. On the contrary, our behaviours and reactions are actually dictated from our subconscious state. 

Think about it. At a young age, we  start to learn either by observation, or what we hear. All that we have observed and heard is absorbed into our unconscious mind or subconscious mind. As we grow up, we get influenced by colleagues, wanting to please others, social media, youTube, music, friends, families, the environment and much more. We start to develop doubts about the decision making process, we develop limiting beliefs and these days, we become socially inept and difficulty in coping with the stressors at work, family. 

To go into a state of integrative relaxation, we need to tap into our subconscious mind, it is something that we already know how to do naturally. When you read a book, when you shower or when you’re driving home, you don’t think about the route home, you just know the route home, that is a state of relaxation. You are still aware of your surroundings and still able to get home without having thinking about the route.

So how do you get to that state? Integrative relaxation is a highly focused state of mind – also known as an altered state of consciousness – whereby the unconscious mind is free to act without interference from regular consciousness. It is the state of relaxation.
