Do you take supplements? Part 1
When I was a child, I was given Cod liver emulsion, you know the the white coloured looking bottle. It tasted so foul but it was for my health. My mother would administer for me.
Nowadays, it’s easier to take and it’s in the form of a capsule. There’s even more health supplements in the market. The supplement market is doing very well, there’s one for almost every condition there is in the market.
These days we suffer from, tiredness, hormone imbalance, dry skin, all physical symptoms of today’s society. All of which can be sorted with supplements, well some of it anyway. What about our emotional health?
We pay less attention to our emotional health then we do physical health. Recently, someone I knew passed on from a sudden heart attack. He was 40 years old. He wasn’t obese, and was in perfectly good health. So what happened?
When an individual is stressed and doesn’t know how to de-stress or even identify with the emotion, your body goes releases a chemical in the body, perhaps more acidity in the body causing problems of gout, high cholesterol, liver functions, kidney function, breathing problems and many more complications.
So why aren’t you paying more attention to your emotional health? There’s no supplements that can fix your emotional and mental health.
