We wear mask all the time. We wear a mask to work, at home, with friends. We always wear different hats.

When do you take off the mask? Do you even take it off? When you do take it off, what happens?

If you have experience trauma your life, what do you do? Do you hide away, pretend like you are ok? Smile for everyone around?

The adverse effects of keeping that trauma and pretending will result in chronic pains in your body, or affect your mental health.

I know because it’s my personal story too. Only when I started acknowledging that I am NOT OKAY does the healing and positive changes begin.
